Ambassador calls on Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu

Ambassador M. Rizvi Hassen paid a courtesy call on Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu yesterday (05.11.2019).  During the meeting Minister of Foreign Affairs recalled his visit to Sri Lanka in 2016 December and stated that he took a special interest to strengthen existing bilateral relations between the two countries. Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu and Ambassador exchanged views on future exchange of visits by Foreign Ministers of Sri Lanka and Turkey and VVIP visits and also on the Joint Committee on Economic and Technical Cooperation meeting (JCETCM) to be held in Colombo.
